工匠精神视域下中职学生劳动教育策略研究

摘    要:中职学校劳动教育是促进中职学生加强自身优秀品质建设的重要因素,但是近年来劳动教育却在很多人眼里遭到了贬低,比如将劳动进行高低贵贱的等级化区分,对学校劳动教育产生巨大的误解等,在一定程度上否定了劳动教育的意义。因此,现在的中职学校应当积极发挥主观能动性,将经济社会发展和中职学生的全面发展需要相结合,以"工匠精神"为总价值导向,正确把握劳动教育的时空逻辑,完善劳动教育的体系建构。本文将针对工匠精神视域下中职学生劳动教育策略进行简要分析。

Abstract:Labor education in secondary vocational schools is an important factor to promote the construction of their own ex-cellent quality,but in recent years,labor education has been belittled in many people's eyes,such as the hierarchical distinction between high and low labor,a huge misunderstanding of school labor education,to a certain extent,denied the significance of laboreducation.Therefore,the current secondary vocationalschools shouldgive fullplay to theirsubjective initiative,combine the economic and social development with the overall development needs of secondary vocational students,take"craftsman spirit"as the total value orientation,correctly grasp the temporal and spatial logic of labor education,and improve the system construction of labor education.This paper will make a brief analysis of the labor education strategy of secondary vocational school students from the perspective of craftsman spirit.
