| 摘 要： | 新建地方性本科高校发展问题在高等教育理论界和实践界都受到了广泛关注,因为这类学校承载着我国高等教育大众化后的质量保障。大学是一种文化组织,不能离开文化而存在,因此,高校要成为一所真正的大学必须从大学文化认同开始。从逻辑上分析,文化认同首先表现为身份认同和行为认同。但是,由于新建地方性本科高校文化与历史的特殊性,在大学文化认同过程中表现出了文化传统的双重矛盾性、身份认同的身心相异性以及制度建设的模糊性,应针对性提出具体路径,实现新建地方性本科高校文化认同,提升内涵。

| Abstract: | The development of newly-built local colleges has gained wide attention in the fields of both theory and practice of higher education because it concerns China’s education quality with the popularization of higher education.Universities are cultural organizations that cannot be independent of culture.Therefore,a real university is bound to grow out of culture identity.Logically,culture identity is first and foremost reflected in who you are and what you do.However,due to their cultural and historical particularity,newly-built local colleges have been encountering double contradiction in cultural tradition,body-soul dichotomy in identity,and fuzziness in institutional construction.In order to accomplish their culture identity,newly-built local colleges must propose some corresponding countermeasures. |
