| 摘 要： | 新时代背景下,部分大学生存在一定的心理健康问题,开展高校心理健康教育势在必行。高校心理健康教育与德育既有区别又有着密不可分的联系,应充分发掘高校心理健康教育的德育功能。高校心理健康教育德育功能的实现一方面能够提升高校大学生的心理素质,使其人格健全发展,另一方面将有效提高高校德育的教学效果,从而形成良性循环。新时代背景下应采用"医学+德育"混合双模式;心理发展和心理补救两手抓;开设心理健康教育课程;营造良好校园环境;做好心理危机干预、跟踪以及监控工作;加强心理咨询工作者队伍建设;做好高校心理健康教育调研工作的方式来保障高校心理健康教育德育功能的实现。

| Abstract: | In the new era,some college students have certain mental health problems,and it is imperative to carry out mental health education in colleges.University mental health education is not only different from moral education,but also inextric-ably linked.The moral education function of university mental health education should be fully explored.Improving the func-tion of moral education in college mental health education can improve the psychological quality of college students,transfor-ming the personality and sound development,and the transformation will effectively improve the teaching effect of college moral education,thus forming a virtuous circle.In the new era,the dual mode of"medicine+moral education"should be ad-opted;psychological development and psychological rehabilitation should be combined;psychological health education cour-ses should be established;a good campus environment should be established;psychological crisis intervention,tracking and monitoring should be done well;psychological counseling should be strengthened The construction of researcher teams;ways to do research work on psychological health education in colleges and universities to ensure the realization of moral education functions of psychological health education in colleges and universities. |
