| 摘 要： | 本文以河北北方学院农牧专业企业导师资源共享模式为例,对校企协同育人背景下实施企业导师资源共享模式进行了探索,并借鉴当前高校企业导师制在实践中的探索经验,提出了从深化校企人才培养合作、明确就业指导对象、加大"双师型"教师培养和引进力度、建立完善实践考评机制和建立企业导师制保障体系等方面发展企业导师资源共享模式。

| Abstract: | Taking the tutor resource sharing mode of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises in Hebei North University as an example,this paper explores the implementation of the enterprise tutor resource sharing mode in the context of school enterprise collaborative education,and draws on the exploration experience of the current university enterprise tutor system in practice,and puts forward to deepen the school enterprise talent training cooperation,clarify the employment guidance object,and increase the strength of"double teacher"teacher training and introduction Establish and improve the practical evaluation mechanism and establish the enterprise tutor system guarantee system to develop the enterprise tutor resource sharing mode. |
