“酶工程”课程改革探讨与实践

摘    要:“酶工程”是生物工程、生物技术、生物制药等专业的专业必修课。针对课程内综合知识点和学科间交叉知识较多,知识体系较完整,课内学时较少等因素,学生学习存在较大难度,想系统学好较难。但课内学时有限,针对以上问题,作者所在教学团队对该门课程传统教学方式进行改革,推崇过程教学环节监控及课程内综合知识及课程间交叉知识的梳理,推崇设计相应实践案例让学生完成深入学习。从而让学生能够较大可能学好该门课程及其相关知识体系。

Discussion and Practice on the Course Reform of"Enzyme Engineering"

Abstract:"Enzyme engineering"is a required course for bioengineering,biotechnology,biopharmaceutical and other majors.In view of the factors such as more comprehensive knowledge points and interdisciplinary knowledge in the course,more complete knowledge system and less class hours in the course,it is difficult for students to learn well systematically.But the class hours are limited.In view of the above problems,the teaching team of the author reformed the traditional teaching method of the course,praised the process teaching link monitoring and the combing of comprehensive knowledge and cross knowledge in the course,and praised the design of corresponding practice cases for students to complete in-depth learning.So that students can learn the course and its related knowledge system well.
