| 摘 要： | 加入WTO给我国产业带来了巨大的挑战。由于我国一直对农业实行负保护，致使农业处于弱势地位，发展后劲不足。针对我国政府目前采取不少支持农业的措施及与WTO规则不符的状况，笔者提出了在农业保护的法治建设方面的设想。
