| 摘 要： | 我国经济法理论的本土性不强,不利于我国经济法体系的发展,而学界目前展开的对于经济法责任的探讨,可以看作是对经济法本土性的回应,其对于我国经济法的发展也具有十分重要的意义.本文主要是针对经济法责任对我国经济、政治、法律、文化等本土资源的回应,阐述经济法责任对我国经济法本土性的意义.

| Abstract: | The native character of theory of economic law in our country is not strong,which obstructs development of the economic law.Now our Country's academic circles is launching the study of responsibility of economic law,which can be seen as the response to the native character of economic law,and which also has the very important meaning to the development of the economic law.This text mainly aims at the responsibility of economic law in a specific way,such as economy,politic,law and culture,and then explains the meaning of responsibility of economic law to the native character of our country's economic law. |
