| 摘 要： | 凝聚力是企业生存和发展的必要条件。当前企业面临金融危机,需要靠创新、升级来适应社会大市场的需求,只有努力增加凝聚力,才能提高竞争力,增强职工的归属意识。在企业的发展中要保持企业的员工队伍始终团结且实力不断壮大,同时思想政治工作也要与时俱进,不断创新。

| Abstract: | Cohension is the necessary condition for the enterprise survival and development.Because of the current financial crisis,the enterprise needs to innovate and upgrade to adapt the needs of the big market,only increasing the cohension in order to enhance the competitiveness and strengthen staff＇s ownership consciousness,meanwhile,we should keep staff always unity with developing of the enterprise,keep political and ideological work＇s pace with the times and innovate increasingly. |
