| 摘 要： | 阐述了孵化企业的概念及其特点，分析了科技企业孵化器评估孵化企业的目的，并根据孵化企业的特点和孵化器的评估目的，提出了用成本法、市场法、收益法和期权定价法评估孵化企业的价值，可指导科技企业孵化器评估和服务孵化企业。

| Abstract: | It describes the concept and characteristics of incubating enterprise. It puts forward four approaches for evaluating the value of incubating enterprise,such as Cost Approach,Market Approach,Income Approach,and Option Pricing Model by Black Scholes Formula,according to the its characteristics and evaluation purposes. It is instructive and helpful for enterprise incubators to evaluate their value. |
