| 摘 要： | 死刑是剥夺犯罪分子生命的刑罚方法，死刑的执行方式是死刑制度的重要组成部分。在人类社会历史进程中，死刑执行方式无不打上了时代的烙印。死刑的执行方式经历了从野蛮、残酷到人道、文明的转变。随着人类文明和科学技术的发展，死刑执行方法逐步趋向人道。我国刑事诉讼法明确地把“注射”纳入死刑执行方式之中，这标志着我国死刑执行制度正在不断地向人道化、文明化的方向发展。将死刑的执行方式作为切入点，以探寻完善我国的死刑执行制度之路径。

| Abstract: | The death penalty is the way to deprive life of criminals,the way to carry out the death penalty is an important component of the system.In the process of the history of human society the method of implementing the death penalty means all times bear the scared.The modalities for the implementation of the death penalty have experienced changes from the barbaric and brutal to humanity,civilization.As human's development of civilization,science and technology,the death penalty has been tending to gradually humane methods of implementation.Chinese Criminal Procedure Law clearly put the "injection" into the implementation modalities of the death penalty.This is the sign that Chinese implementation of the death penalty system is continually developing to humanity and civilization.This paper will use the modalities of implementing the death penalty as a starting point to explore the way to establishment the system of Chinese implementation of the death penalty. |
