| Abstract: | Based on Boyer＇s theory, we analyze the training objectives of asset valuation masters, propose some requirements of talent training mode and builds principles of teaching programs. We also design a safeguard mechanism system about talent training mode in order to facilitate training highly qualified professionals who can meet the demand of market. |
