| 摘 要： | 高校负债是高校财务风险的主要来源.为促进高校财务管理的健康发展,需要加强负债管理和财务风险预警.本文首先分析了2003～2009年教育部直属76所高校负债的规模、结构和水平的基本情况和发展趋势；然后构建了高校财务风险预警的指标体系,并进行单指标分析；最后采用因子分析和聚类分析进行财务风险预警,并据此提出相关建议.

| Abstract: | University debt is the main source of its financial risk. In order to promote the development of financial management, universities need to strengthen debt management and financial risk early warning. This paper firstly analysis the basic situation and development trend of debt size, structure and level in 76 universities directly under the Ministry of Education in 2003-2009. Then we build the university＇s financial risk early warning indicator system, and do single index analysis. Finally we use factor analysis and cluster analysis on financial risk early warning, and make recommendations. |
