| 摘 要： | 通过分析社会对工商管理类人才的需求和当代大学生创新创业能力的现状,总结了我国大学生人才培养中存在的课程设置不合理、教学师资力量不强、实践教学设施投入不足等问题,从课程体系、师资队伍和实践实训三个方面研究了创新创业型人才培养策略,给出了工商管理类大学生创新创业能力培养的建议.

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the？situation？of demand for talents who are majored in business？administration and the innovation capability of college students. It also points out that there are a lot of problems in the mode of students training, which include unreasonable curriculum, insufficient teaching？staff and？teaching？facilities. We propose the promotion strategies from three aspects, including courses system, teaching staff and practice. And then it put forwards some effective suggestions on how to improve innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students. |
