| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国雪上项目运动员的心理训练现状。从心理训练的研究和应用方面指出了现有的不足：研究论文整体数量较少；研究类型比例分配不均；涉及的心理训练手段少；缺乏对增强运动员心理能力、树立正确的比赛观等以及赛中和赛后心理训练的重视；训练效果的评价指标单一。雪上项目运动员的心理训练发展对策是：注重优秀运动员的个性化和专门化培养；注重运动员心理能力的提高；更多地采用现代化仪器；加强跨文化研究与本土化研究。
