我国核电与火电技术效率的比较研究

摘    要:通过效率评价前沿方法的数据包络分析(DEA),对我国核电与火电企业的技术效率进行研究和评价。实证结果表明:从技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率三方面的比较,效率评价的DEA方法都显示出核电技术效率高于火电。其根本原因在于核电技术先进,设备可利用时间长,同等规模下核电的发电量远高于火电。综合考虑环保和可持续发展的要求,核电不失为一种清洁、安全、高效的发电方式,应大力发展。

Abstract:This article uses an advanced methodology of efficiency evaluation field-data envelopment analysis(DEA)-to study the technology efficiency between nuclear power and coal-fired power, The result and DEA method of efficiency evaluation shows that technology efficiency of nuclear power is higher than that of coal-fired power in terms of technology efficiency (TE), pure technology efficiency (PTE) and scale efficiency (SE). The reason is that nuclear power technology is advanced and its equipment is available for a long time, and the generation amount of nuclear power is far higher than that of coal-fired power at the same scale. As a result, nuclear power is obviously advantageous from the point view of technology efficiency. Upon the requirement of environmental protection and sustainable development, nuclear power is a clean, safe and high-efficient energy which should be extended in the future.
