| 摘 要： | 文章论述了乡村民主政治建设绩效评价的意义、依据、一般价值标准和最终价值追求，以中央有关文件为依据，参考有关地区乡村民主政治建设绩效评价的做法，从“四个民主”制度的建立和运作情况、“三务”公开和民主管理“三到位”情况等8个方面提出构建乡村民主政治建设绩效评价一、二级指标体系和评价标准的构想。

| Abstract: | The article elaborated the village democracy construction achievements appraisal significance, basis, the general value standard and the final value pursue, take the central committee related documents as the basis, refer to related area village democracy construction achievements appraisal procedure, from ＂four democracies＂ systems ＇ establishment and operation situation, ＂three service＂ public and democratic management＇ s ＂three arrivings＂ situation and so on 8 aspects proposed the conceptions of constructing the village democracy construction achievements appraisal first- level, the second -level indicator system and the evaluation criteria. |
