| 摘 要： | 光学实验中，一般用分光计测定光栅常数。但考虑到教学和实验操作的需要，本文除了通过分光计测定光栅常数，还采用了两种操作比较简单的、观察比较直接的方法测定：（1）利用半导体激光器，在光学平台上测定光栅常数；（2）用E101G型生物显微镜和测微目镜直接观察光栅刻痕，并进行测量。

| Abstract: | The grating constant is usually measured by spectrometer in optical experiments.However,taking into account teaching and the needs of experimental operation,two other ways,which are easy to operate and directed to observe,are used besides using spectrometer to measure the grating constant in this paper:(1)using semiconductor lasers to measure the grating constant in optical platform;(2)using type of biological microscope and microscope eyepiece to directly observe grating scratch and do the measurement. |
