Abstract:Educational Practice is an integrating part of pre-service teacher education,which can span the gap between theory and practice.Based on the analysis of the developing process of international teacher education,the paper reviews and analyzes guidance strategies of education practice which can enhance pre-service teachers'professional learning and growth in Americapre-service teacher education.These guidance strategies can be usedfor referencewhen domestic normal universities implementeducational practice activities.
