| 摘 要： | 中小企业由于规模小、数量多、经营方式灵活，在复杂多变的市场竞争中具有一定优势，能够有效地推动经济稳定增加、吸收大量劳动力、活跃市场气氛、促进自由竞争。但是中小企业在融资的过程中存在问题。通过对中小企业融资现状的分析，本文从政府引导、制度保障、环境建设等方面提出了融资的对策。

| Abstract: | With small size,great number,and flexible mode of operation,SMEs have shown certain competitive edge in the complex and volatile market.They can effectively promote economic stability,generate a large number of jobs,activate market and promote free competition.However,problems arise in the process of financing.The paper analyzes the status quo of financing and puts forward proposals from the aspects of government direction,institutional support and creation of favorable climate for the development of SMEs. |
