| 摘 要： | 情商的高低对一个人事业能否成功起重要的作用。我国教育由于种种原因致使现在大部分大学生的情商水平偏低。大学语文课堂进行情商教育具有得天独厚的优势，应充分发挥其优势提高对大学生正确认识和管理自己情绪的情商水平、自我激励的情商水平、承受挫折情商的水平。
