| 摘 要： | 高校后勤服务工作的优劣,关键在于如何充分发挥人力资源的作用。为了适应社会进步和教育发展的需要,高校后勤社会化改革和企业化改造随之不断深入。历史原因造成的高校后勤人力资源中的弊端暴露得更加突出和明显。与当今高等教育发展的要求极不适应。为了更好地服务于教学和科研工作,促进学校各项事业的发展,加强现代人力资源管理就显得更为急迫和重要。

| Abstract: | The key to judging whether the college logistics services are good or not is how to make the best use of human resources.In order to adapt the development of society and higher education,the socialization and commercialization reform of college logistics groups has deepened accordingly,the disadvantages of college logistics groups have seriously restricted the development and reform of college logistics groups.Besides,it dose not suit the development of higher education in China.In order to provide better services to facilitate teaching and research of higher education,it is quite urgent and important to reinforce the modern human resources management of College Logistics Groups. |
