| 摘 要： | 在全面建设小康社会的伟大进程中,“三农”问题是我国难以解决又必须解决的问题。只有大力发展农村的各种教育,在保证质量、注重实效的前提下,大幅度提高农村人口的受教育年限,才能把庞大的人力资源转化为人力资本,为农村现代化建设提供强大的动力。

| Abstract: | In the process of building a well- off society comprehensively, agriculture? countryside? farrmer? problem is hard to solve, but on the other hand we must solve it. So we must develop different kinds of education in the countryside with high quality and efficiency, and raise greatly the age limit of people receiving education on the premise of ensuring quality and effect in order to turn the great human resources into the human capital and provide motivation to the modernization construction in the rural areas. |
