摘    要:中高职贯通培养是完善职业教育人才多样化成长渠道的重要内容,对建设现代职业教育体系具有重要作用。通过对营口地区中高职院校在校生、招生、贯通培养实际情况,以及影响营口市中高职分段贯通培养主要存在机制障碍、职业教育吸引力不足、职业院校间尚未形成合力等问题进行分析,结合营口市职业教育发展实际,提出中高职贯通培养对策--从机制建设、专业人才培养方案制定、专业教学团队培养方面入手,推进中高职分段贯通培养,形成职业教育开放沟通格局,满足地方经济社会发展需要和技术技能人才教育需求。

Abstract:Run-through cultivation of secondary and higher vocational education is an important content to perfect the diversified growth channels of vocational education talent, and it plays an important role in the construction of modern vocational education system. Through analyzing the actual situation of students, enrollment and run-through cultivation in secondary and higher vocational colleges in Yingkou, and such problems as mechanism obstacles, the lack of attraction of vocational education, and the lack of joint force among vocational colleges in the section run-through education, and combining with the development of vocational education in Yingkou, it puts forward countermeasures for the run-through cultivation. It needs to promote the cultivation from the aspects of mechanism construction, professional talent training plan formulation and professional teaching team training, form an open communication pattern of vocational education,and meet the needs of local economic and social development and the needs of technical and skilled personnel education.
