运用心理学技术提升高职学生的自我效能感

摘    要:自我效能感是班杜拉社会认知理论的核心概念,有效地自我调节学习依赖于学生在学习中持有一种积极的水平适宜的自我效能感。文章通过建构学生自我效能的四个信息来源,论述高职学生自我效能感水平普遍较低的原因,并寻找出提升高职学生自我效能感的心理学技术。

Abstract:Self-efficacy is the core concept of Albert Bandura's social cognitive theory.Effective self-regulated learning depends on the students having a positive and appropriate self-efficacy in the learning process.By constructing the four information sources of students' self-efficacy,the article discusses the reason of the generally low level of vocational students self-efficacy,and actively seeks the psychology technology which can be used to improve higher vocational students' self-efficacy.
