| 摘 要： | 一直以来由于导师负责制的影响及研究生个体化培养的特点,研究生有强烈的专业归属感,却缺乏群体归属感。随着研究生培养的日益规模化,研究生的数量不断增加,学校在管理上必须加强对研究生公共生活体系的建设,以确保研究生之间的互动和学生的心理安全,加强对研究生群体归属感的培养是研究生在校园公共生活中身心和谐发展的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Because of tutorial system and individual training,graduate students have a strong professional sense of belonging,but lack of group sense of belonging.With a large-scale cultivation,the number of graduate is increasing,schools need to strengthen construct post-graduate’s public life system,to ensure the interaction between graduate students and psychological safety,strengthen training the group sense of belonging to post-graduate,it’s an important guarantee for graduate students’ harmonious development of body and mind in public life on the campus. |
