基于LabVIEW的扭秤的控制设计与实现

摘    要:针对精密测量实验中应用广泛的扭秤,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,设计了一个利用PID控制对扭秤实时反馈控制和数据采集系统。将该设计应用到扭秤实验中,实验测试表明,该系统成功的实现了对扭秤的实时控制,并且具有界面简洁、易于调试等特点。

Abstract:A design approach of the control and real-time data acquisition system based on LabVIEW is introduced,which aims at the torsion balance of a precision experiment.The system is designed to control the torsion balance by PID feedback control.The final experiment shows the system can be satisfied for the need of the real-time data acquisition and control,and it is of characteristic of terse interface,simply operation.
