| 摘 要： | 近年来，长三角两省一市出台了科技创新的相关政策，推动了本区域科技合作与创新，取得了一定的成效，但是，长三角还缺乏协调一致的区域性科技创新政策，一定程度上延缓了本地区科技与经济的发展。文章在分析总结欧盟科技创新政策的发展与演变过程、欧盟科技框架计划的特点及管理运行模式的基础上，提出了在制定长三角科技创新政策时可以借鉴欧盟科技创新政策的四个方面。

| Abstract: | In the past several years, Yangtze River Delta（which consists of Shanghai,jiangsu and zhejiang） has adopted some Science and Technology Innovation Policy to Promote cooperation and Innovation, and has taken effect. However, because there no special policy for the whole Delta, the development of Science and Technology and Economy have been delayed in some degree. Based on the analysis and summaries of development of EU＇ s Science and Technology Innovation Policy,the characteristics and management of EU Framework Program, this paper put forward four aspects of Yangtze River Delta＇ s Science and Technology Innovation Policy use for reference from EU＇ s. |
