| 摘 要： | 信息化的快速发展促进了政府对信息资源交换共享的更深层次的需求。如何消除信息孤岛，破除业务分割，最大程度地实现政务信息资源整合共享和开发利用，已成为当前电子政务建设发展的核心问题。依托“政务云”建设统一的信息资源共享平台，广泛应用大数据、移动互联等新技术，推动数据开放，为解决这一核心问题提供了有效途径，可以更好地实现政务信息资源目录的统一管理和信息资源共享，推动电子政务向集约化、纵深化发展。

| Abstract: | T he rapid development of informatization promotes the deeper demand of the govern-ment on information resource exchange and sharing .How to eliminate isolated pieces of information and the business segment so as to realize the integration ,sharing ,development and utilization of gov-ernment information resource to a greater degree has become the core problem in the current e-govern-ment construction and development .Relying on the ＆quot;unified e-government cloud＆quot; to build united in-formation resource sharing platform provides an effective way to solve the core problem .It can realize the united management of government information resource catalogue and the sharing of information resource better and push the development of e-government affairs intensively and deeply . |
