| 摘 要： | 随着新课程改革的不断深化，对青岛市的基础教育课堂教学改革需要加以理性的审视与科学的分析。课堂教学改革离不开人文主义和教育科学的支撑，需要进一步优化素质教育的实施环境。应当着力打造高端教改实验项目，其中教育品牌的塑造和教育领军人物的培养刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of new curriculum reform, it is necessary to reflect rationally and analyze scientifically on the classroom teaching reform of basic education in Qingdao. The classroom teaching reform not only needs the support of humanism and educational science, but also needs opti- mizing the environment to implement quality education further. High-end experiment projects of teaching reform should be attached more importance to, among which shaping educational brands and cultivating educational leaders is of great urgency. |
