| 摘 要： | 基于在青岛市农业广播电视学校开展的问卷调查，运用二元Logistic模型对农民参与培训的影响因素进行了实证分析。分析结果表明，培训对提高收入的帮助程度、家庭人数、家庭土地规模、培训时间、培训方式等因素的影响较为显著，建议政府在条件支持和组织形式两方面采取有针对性的措施，提高农民参与培训的积极性和实效。

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire survey made in Qingdao Agricultural Broadcasting and Tele-vision School ,this paper utilizes binary Logistic model to make empirical analysis on the factors that influence the peasants＆#39;participation in the training .The result shows that the training has significant influence on the increasing income ,family size ,family land scale ,training time and training methods . It is suggested that the government should take targeted measures in conditions support and organiza-tion forms to improve the activity and the effect of the participation of the peasants in training . |
