| 摘 要： | 从专业的基本特征看，小学教师应该是一种专业。小学教师成为专业的必要条件是在高等学校设置小学教育专业。纵观世界教育发达国家的小学教师培养制度，在高等学校设置小学教育专业是历史发展的必然要求和教育实际的现实需要。
