| 摘 要： | 随着集群企业，特别是高品质集群企业，外迁的增加，越来越多的学者开始研究集群企业迁移的内在机理。已有研究放松了集聚效应的潜在假设，提出了集群企业迁移理论，认为区域层面的资源有限性和企业层面的异质性决定了集群企业的迁移动因与去向。在区域层面，资源禀赋有限性带来的拥挤成本，以及知识积累路径依赖所带来的知识本地锁定风险，驱动集群企业迁移。在企业层面，集群企业的异质性决定了集聚效应的非对称分布和竞争效应，从而驱动集群企业的迁移。基于以上认识进而对区域政府引导产业集群升级的“腾笼换鸟”政策提出了建议，并指出了未来研究的四个重要方向。
