| 摘 要： | 深海蕴藏着丰富的战略资源与能源，深海是高科技的舞台、是重大科技理论的诞生点等，这些都深深地吸引着社会各界的眼球，部分发达国家已将发展深海技术提到国家战略高度。国际深海高新技术的发展日新月异，我国将如何开展深海研究，本文给出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | Deep sea is rich in strategic resources and energy,and becomes the stage of high-tech.Deep-sea also gave birth to many great scientific and technological theories.These deeply attracted the attention of people from all circles of life.Some developed nations have pushed the development of deep-sea technology to the height of national strategy.International high-techs of the deep sea are being developed rapidly.Some suggestions on how to develop the high-techs of the deep sea are made in this paper. |
