摘    要:交往是教师生命的本质需求和工作开展的根本途径,交往的质量直接影响教师生命存在和发展的质量以及教学的质量。在现实教育中,教师与学生之间、教师与教师之间、教师与外界社会之间都存在较为严重的交往困境,自我开放是消解教师交往困境的重要途径。

Abstract:Communication is the basic need,socially and professionally,for teachers.The quality of communicating affects directly on teachers' life,the quality of their development and professional performance.In reality,there is serious communicating predicament between teachers and students,teachers and teachers,teachers and the society.It is suggested that self-openness and dispelling is a very important way to solve this problem.
