| 摘 要： | 近年来，高校推行的校务公开制度已成为反腐倡廉的一项重要举措，取得了显著成效。但在实施中也存在一些问题。为此，必须采取措施，完善这一制度，才能完善民主法制建设，使群众更好地行使民主监督权。

Problems, however, still exist. Measures should be taken to modify and perfect this system, so as to allow the public to fully exercise their rights of democratic supervision. |
