| 摘 要： | 科研立项、成果验收与鉴定、科技奖励、技术引进等均要通过科技查新来证明其新颖性。科技查新作为图书馆新兴的、具有高科技含量的技术工作是非常重要的。如何与学校科研教学相结合,为地方科技服务是摆在新时期图书馆馆员面前的新课题。

| Abstract: | Sci-tech novelty retrieval is indispensable in project establishment,achievement inspection and appraisal,sci-tech rewards and technology introduction etc.to confirm the novelty.As a new and high-tech-demanding service,novelty retrieval is very important.How to combine novelty retrieval and university's teaching and research,and how to provide good services to local clients is a new subject needs further exploration. |
