| 摘 要： | 为了解和掌握青海高原地区少数民族学生体质状况和发展趋势,推动《全民健身计划纲要》的实施,进一步加强和改善民族地区学校体育和卫生保健工作并提供一定的依据。本文对青海特有土族、撒拉族女学生体质状况进行对比和分析。结果表明,土族女学生的生长发育普遍好于撒拉族学生,撒拉族女学生的体型出现偏瘦的趋势;土族女学生身体素质整体水平高于撒拉族学生。

| Abstract: | In order to understand and grasp the Qinghai plateau area national minority student's corporeity condition and the trend of development,Impels"All the people Fitness Plan Summary"implementation,Further strengthens and improves the multi-national area school sports and the medical care provides certain basis.student's corporeity investigation and study data material which using in 2006 announces Qinghai,to the Qinghai Province unique Turk,the Salar national female student's corporeity condition carries on the contrast analysis.Main result and conclusion:The Turk national minority female student's growth universal is better than the Salar,the Salar nation female student's build has the thin tendency;The Turk nation female student physical quality overall level is higher than the Salar. |
