| 摘 要： | 目前我国教育领域正在进行人才培养模式的转变，即从专业和技能教育转向素质教育，使大学生的综合素质得到全面提高，以适应人才市场的需求，本文针对少数民族大学生的特点，讨论民族高校图书馆在其素质教育中的作用。
