| 摘 要： | 农村居民消费具有消费结构不协调、消费水平不均衡、消费倾向偏低等特点。这导致农村消费市场启动乏 力,市场容量不断相对萎缩,农村消费需求对扩张整个消费市场的作用大大削弱,从而也使得农村消费需求对 GDP增长率贡献份额下降,制约了国民经济持续增长。90年代中后期以来我国出现的持续性有效需求不足,关键 是农民的消费需求不足,这也成为经济增长减缓的重要诱因。我国农村人口众多,广大农村居民的消费需求在今 后相当长时期内具有巨大的增长潜力,这是中国经济能够快速持续发展的优势所在。

| Abstract: | Inharmonious consumption structure, lopsided consumption patterns and lower average propensity to consume, these are the consumption characteristics of Chinese rural residents, which lead to the results that country consumption markets operation lacks an impetus, the capacity of market is shrinking gradually and the effect that rural consumption demand affect the aggregate consumption market has been weakened strictly. As a result, the share that rural consumption demand account for GDP incremental rate decreases finally. And then it restrict rigidly the persistently increase of rural economics. During the period of post 1990, it is self evident that there is lack of effective and durative demand in macroeconomics of our country. The key that consumption demand of rural residents insufficient became the important cause of the economy increase slowly. Obviously, there is huge amounts of rural population in our country,so in the long run ,it is clear that the rural residents consumption demands will be provided with the increasing potential. In the end, China economy will consequentially develop fleetly. |
