| 摘 要： | 教师职业动力就是教师工作的动力，是由教师职业内部和外部各种相关因素产生的，促使教师从事教学活动，推动教学过程周而复始地运行和发展，以实现教学目标的无数分力融合而成的合力。它由需要、兴趣、意志、人生价值观、世界观等构成。内部动力是与教师正确的价值观、世界观，教育教学观、学生观，均相联系的动力。外部动力是与教师的社会地位、经济待遇、工作条件等因素而形成的动力。人生价值观、世界观是根本，既可以在不同程度上影响教师个体的整个生活目标、道德理想与意志，也可以直接影响教师的兴趣、爱好、情操，乃至影响他们的全部个性品质。内部动力是教师工作积极性的决定因素，外部动力只有转化为内部动力，才能对教师的执教行为起积极作用。

| Abstract: | Teachers＇ professional motivate is the incentive to work motivation. It is determined by the teaching profession both internally and externally generated by a variety of related factors,It prompting teachers to engage in teaching activities to promote the teaching process and development cycle to nm, and in order to achieve teaching objectives contribute a combination of numerous force. It consists of needs, interests, will, life values, world views and other accessories. Internal motivation is the homogeneous contact power of the teachers＇ correct values, worldview, education and teaching concept, the students view. External motivation is homogeneous contact power of the teacher＇s social status, economic treatment, working conditions and other factors, the formation of motivation. Values of llfe and the world is the fundamental. Either affect, in varying degrees throughout the life goals of individual teachers, moral ideals and the will, you can also directly affect the interests of teachers, hobbies, sentiments, and even affect their entire personality traits. Internl motivation is the teacher＇s enthusiasm determinants,external power must be transformed into the internal driving force,in order for teachers to play an active role in coaching behavior. |
