| Abstract: | To bring forth new ideas of personnel training mode in higher vocational college is a necessary choice to solve the problems of personnel training and alienate from society in higher vocational college. The author analysed the characters of higher vocational college, then he summed up the essential ideas of innovation of personnel training in higher vocational college, so that to provide the theory thought for innovations personnel training mode in higher vocational college. |
