摘    要:面对当前教师培训中参训动力不足、培训内容和方式针对性不强、工学矛盾时参训难等较为突出的问题,需要构建教师自主选学的培训机制,包括:建立培训需求调研制度,按需设计培训项目和专题;建立项目招投标和课程研发制度,做好培训资源准备;建立信息发布和选学申报制度,保障教师的学习选择权;建立专题授课制度,精心实施培训项目和课程;建立考核评价制度,评估反馈培训质量。
