| 摘 要： | 近些年,国内房地产业持续高烧,热度惊人,虽经中央的种种良方而未见好转。究其病因,乃是地方政府做出的种种有限理性行为,导致了房地产"非常热"之现状。鉴于此,如何有效治理地方政府的有限理性行为是为房地产业"退烧"的关键。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the domestic real estate lasts high fever and the "temperature" is surprising.Although the central government has taken various good measures,the situation hasn't taken a favorable turn.That is because that the bounded rational behaviors made by the local government caused the real estate to become irrational in the current situation.In view of this,how to effectively govern the bounded rational behaviors of the local government is the key to calm down the real estate. |
