高校图书馆借阅一体化管理中的教师角色探索

摘    要:随着大学图书馆借阅一体化模式的发展,图书室管理教师的角色应该做出相应调整.本文从四个方面对这种角色调整进行探讨:服务育人、突破传统、重视交流领域,从新的视角为图书室教师进行定位;跟上技术时代步伐,提供先进技术支持;为学生创造舒适学习环境;发挥教育主体作用,进行全方位教育.新的角色转换将会使图书馆发挥重要的作用,实现其服务与育人功能的统一.
