| 摘 要： | 随着现代信息技术的迅速发展,社会治理体系正经历从传统社会治理向“互联网+社会治理”转变,其中数字建设是发展基础。江苏以数字建设为依托,从制度保障、构建平台、凸显特色三方面探索实践“互联网+社会治理”模式的做法及其成效。为加快发展“互联网+社会治理”,推进江苏社会治理现代化,提出要加强组织领导、规范运作标准,强化信息共享、推进协作联动,建强人才队伍、提高治理水准,加强网络防控、保障信息安全等应对措施和策略。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of modern information technology,social governance system is undergoing transformation from traditional social governance to“Internet plus social governance”,in which digital construction is the foundation of development.Relying on digital construction,Jiangsu explores the practice and effectiveness of the practice of“Internet plus social governance”in three aspects:system guarantee,platform building and prominent features.In order to speed up the development of“Internet plus social governance”and promote the modernization of social governance in Jiangsu,we must strengthen organizational leadership,standardize operation standards,strengthen information sharing,promote collaboration and linkage,build up a strong team of talents,improve governance standards,strengthen network prevention and control,and ensure information security and other countermeasures and strategies. |
