日本福岛核事故的启示

摘    要:随着人们环保意识的不断增强,核能作为一种清洁能源越来越被广泛应用,但是,核能利用的安全问题正日益受到世界各国的普遍关注。基于此,首先对日本福岛核事故进行了简要描述,并以分析日本福岛核事故为例从提高认识、技术创新、加强监管和增强核安全文化四个方面阐述了我国核电安全运行所要采取的途径。最后指出要通过各种方式寻求包括氢能、太阳能、地热能、生物质能、水能、风能在内的其他新型清洁能源代替核能,才能从根本上避免核电安全问题的出现。

Abstract:Nuclear energy,as a clean energy,is used extensively with the continuous increase of people’s environmental awareness,but,the safety of nuclear energy utiliztion is the concern of the countires all over the world.In view of the above,this paper briefly describes the nuclear accident at Fukushima in Japan.Besides,citing the nuclear accident at Fukushima as an example,it expatiates on the measues which should be taken in China to ensure nuclear safety from four aspects.Finally,to avoid nuclear accident,it points out that other new clean energy including hydrogen energy,solar energy,geothermal energy,biomass energy,hydraulic power and wind energy should be investigated in place of nuclear energy.
