| 摘 要： | 包装学科体系与内涵的发展与完善,促进了包装工程专业进口设备在国内高校的应用及发展,合理规避包装进口设备采购与管理的风险成了保障学科快速健康发展的关键,分析合理采购计划、招标采购管理、进口业务风险防控及设备的安装验收等方面,对包装专业进口设备"可持续绿色"采购进行了有益的探索,通过加强人员培训、设备管理制度建设及包装专业进口仪器共享,完善包装进口设备的管理工作,旨在提高包装工程专业进口设备采购效率,使用效益,更好地为学科建设服务。

| Abstract: | With the development of the packaging system,imported packaging engineering equipment is widely applied in domestic universities.Rational avoidance of risk factors in the purchase and management of imported packaging equipment is a vital problem.This paper made a beneficial exploration of sustainable green purchasing,based on the analysis of purchasing plan,tender purchasing,risk prevention of import business,and equipment acceptance.By training management personnel,establishing management system and sharing of imported equipment,the management of packaging imported equipment was improved,thus,making efficient use of imported equipment and providing better service for discipline construction. |
