| Abstract: | The teacher job skill represents an all-round professional quality possessed by teachers dealing with education and particularity of elementary educational specialty determine such a discipline in higher normal colleges to pay great attention to the cultivation and training of the teacher job skill.The major effective training ways of improving teachers'job skills consist in setting up an integral and serialized training system,being strict with assessment standards,and carrying out the skill target management. |
