| 摘 要： | 在当今社会思想多元激荡，网络迅猛发展的背景下，网络舆情更容易通过加速效应和放大效应与网下舆情交叉波动。为巩固马克思主义主导地位，营造和谐舆论环境，统一思想，维护稳定，必须用马克思主义中国化最新成果引领网络舆情。为此，要认识网络舆情的特点和规律，理解马克思主义中国化最新成果的内涵来作为引领的认识基础。用马克思主义中国化最新成果引领网络舆情的要求是明确引领网络舆情目标；建立法律法规，健全工作制度；明确工作主体，构建专业工作网络；密切关注网络动态，及时有效汇集信息。

| Abstract: | Against the backdrop of surging pluralistic thinking in today’s society and in the context of the burgeoning development of network technologies,online public opinions,by means of online acceleration and amplification effects,interpenetrate public opinions offline.Therefore,in order to consolidate the leading position of Marxism,create a harmonious environment of public opinion,achieve unity in thinking,and safeguard stability,we must use the latest achievements in the Sinicized Marxism to guide or channel online public opinions.To this end,we must acquaint ourselves with network characteristics and laws of public opinions and grasp the essence of the latest achievements of Sinicized Marxism so as to forge the basis of our common understanding of ideology.Specifically,the application of the latest achievements in the Sinicization of Marxism to online public opinion channeling requires a lot of work to be done,such as formulating clear-cut goals,establishing supporting laws and regulations,improving work systems,clarifying the main work tasks,building professional networks,and paying close attention to online dynamics for timely and effective collection of information. |
