| 摘 要： | 本对区位论从古典到新古典的发展历程进行了综述，并对古典区位论和新古典区位论进行了对比分析。古典区位论建立了区位理论的局部均衡分析框架，并把价格、供求、市场、竞争以及运输成本引入了分析框架；新古典区位论在假设条件、研究内容以及分析方法等方面对古典区位论进行了拓展，建立了区位理论的一般均衡分析框架。

| Abstract: | The location theory from the classical period to the neoclassical period is reviewed in the paper. It compares the classical location theory with the neoclassical . The classical theory of location sets up the frame of economic analysis of part-e-quilibrium with the parameters of price, supply, demand, market, competition, as well as transportation cost. Broadening the classical theory of location in presumption conditions, research themes, and analysis methods, the neoclassical theory of location sets up the frame of economic analysis of general equilibrium. Meanwhile, the limits of these two theories of location are also analyzed in the paper. |
